Denim Days of Fall

Hey there!

This is my first style post ever. I never thought that I would ever do anything like this. I’ve had many friends encourage me and urge me to start a fashion blog but as most people can identify with, I procrastinated and never started the fashion blog. I guess there’s a part of me that felt that no one would care or do I even have anything that I can contribute? But here we are. Thanks to the encouragement of my blogging guru of a wife, I decided to take the step out of my box and launch this site. There’s nothing better than having a Proverbs 31 woman supporting in all that you do.

“She is clothed with strength and dignity,
and she laughs without fear of the future.
When she speaks, her words are wise,
and she gives instructions with kindness.
She carefully watches everything in her household
and suffers nothing from laziness.” Proverbs 31:25-27

I’m sure you’ll learn more about me as we go.

I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect denim jacket for a few years now. When you are abnormally tall (6’5) with long arms and legs you have to be more creative when hunting for pieces to boost your closet game. It doesn’t get easier when you’re a guy that pays close attentions to DETAILS.

But this Levis denim jacket has definitely found a home in my closet. However, this jacket hasn’t been able to make itself comfortable yet because its been a regular in my rotation.

For me as it pertains to style, my philosophy has always been that the shoes tell the story. I love rocking a fresh pair of kicks. I kind of consider myself a sneaker head in training. But its great. And so are these monochrome crimson vans with gold eyelets. Told you I’m big into details.
